With our initiative, Nowruz, we aim to create a social community where everyone is welcome. Our name, Nowruz, symbolizes the start of a new season, a new beginning, and literally means in Persian: the start of spring — a new day — the realization of dreams.
We want to inspire people to realize their dreams and develop their talents. In this way, we can grow and flourish together, just like the rose in our logo.

Colombia: Somos El Futuro
In February, Stichting Nowruz travelled to Medellín, Colombia together with Niños del Futuro and Make A Kid Happy to work closely with the local community. In neighborhoods full of talent but limited opportunities, we use sport and community as a powerful way to connect young people and create perspective for the future. 25 people. 8 teams. €5.500 raised for Camila.

Futsal club Apeldoorn
SC Nowruz is a futsal club based in Apeldoorn that officially competes in the KNVB futsal leagues. Founded in April 2023, we have quickly experienced impressive growth and now have approximately 207 members and 20 teams: 17 men's teams and 3 women's teams. The largest futsal club in Gelderland.
