Last Friday, I, Yasser Ishraqi, had the opportunity to join Suhoor Stories on NPO Radio 1, the Ramadan show where togetherness during the holy month takes center stage. The program reflects on suhoor — the pre-dawn meal — and shares inspiring stories connected to current events.
In conversation with Sona B, I was given the space to talk about SC Nowruz, the Somos el Futuro project in Colombia, and my personal motivations for dedicating myself to supporting young people, both in the Netherlands and internationally.
